Watch live: Crystal Palace v. Leicester City

Live updates and analysis as Foxes look to maintain push for top four

Assistant head coach Chris Powell deputizes in the dugout in the absence of Brendan Rodgers with Leicester City aiming to win three consecutive Premier League games for the first time since October as they bid to maintain their push for a top-four finish when traveling to Crystal Palace on Monday.

The Foxes head into the game having lost just once in eight Premier League matches since the turn of the year but remain a point adrift of fourth-placed Manchester United, who face rivals Manchester City live on Sky Sports on Sunday.

Rodgers will watch the game from home after testing positive for COVID-19 and will likely be able to call on James Maddison after the playmaker returned from a knee injury as a substitute in Thursday's 2-0 win at Burnley.

Team news

Crystal Palace will be without full-back Nathaniel Clyne, who begins a three-match ban after his red card in the 1-1 draw at Brentford.

Joachim Andersen and Nathan Ferguson are doubtful, while Eberechi Eze and James McArthur remain long-term absentees.

Leicester City will assess the fitness of Maddison, who made his first appearance since December against Burnley, before making a decision on his involvement.

Jonny Evans, Ryan Bertrand and Wilfred Ndidi are all ruled out, while Boubakary Soumare is a doubt.
